All items are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer.
Please allow up to 14 business days for production before shipping. No cancellations or changes can be made once an order is placed.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders and online payments for international orders (when available).

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

  • Flat shipping rate within Pakistan: PKR 500

  • Delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–4 business days.

  • International shipping is available upon request. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

  • As each item is handcrafted to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
