1. Are your products ready to ship?
No. All of our items are made to order. Each piece is handcrafted with care and requires up to 14 business days for production before shipping.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- for all orders within Pakistan
- for international orders (please contact us to arrange)
3. What are the shipping charges?
- Flat shipping rate (Pakistan): ₨ 500
- International shipping charges vary and are shared upon request.
4. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing time: 10–14 business days (made to order)
- Shipping time within Pakistan: 2–4 business days
- International shipping: 7–14 business days after dispatch
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges since all items are custom-made.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
6. How should I care for my garments?
We recommend dry cleaning only for all garments, especially delicate fabrics like Pashmina, ChikanKari, or Kimkhwab.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally.

Absolutely! We offer complimentary gift packaging and can include personalized notes upon request. Just mention it when ordering.
